Management of Mediation Online (MoMO)

National Family Mediation (NFM) tasked us with designing and building a system to manage mediation cases online.

The web app allows mediators to manage all their cases through a web browser, pulling data from NFM’s Salesforce powered case management system. They can view client details, manage cases documents, post actions for clients, and manage financial data. The financial data is then used to generate legal documents, output as PDFs.

Clients have their own portal site, giving them access to their case at any time. Access to documents is restricted by a robust permissions system, ensuring they can only view items relevant to them. They can add their financial data to the case, saving on having to provide paper copies and the Mediator manually collating them during mediation sessions.

With more features to be released this year, MoMO will help mediation clients manage their case better, and save mediators time.
