Project requirements
Upstream approached us to design their brand, and website.
They are a new company, starting from scratch, and needed an identity which reflected their values and what they can offer potential clients.
What we did
We spoke with the founders, to understand the business and their aims. From this we developed a logo, typography and colour palette. These brand items reflected Upstream and what they stood for.
The 'U' of Upstream features a wave and mountains, reflecting the company aim of helping clients to take the right path and having the courage to go against the current.
We wanted the logo to be eye-catching and memorable, and also easy to implement across a range of materials. Whether being used on a website, or a proposal document, it needed to work across different media. Therefore, we went for a sqaure shape, with the capital U and the name, and a range of version for different backgrounds.


Outcomes
The new Upstream brand has given consistency across all their media and documents. Everything they produce feels part of Upstream, representing what they do and who they are.
